We're Green Bird Consulting
Las Vegas is filled with hundreds of service companies, some small and some large, but all with their own set of challenges and few readily available resources to quickly resolve the ever-emerging issues that come with the service industry. Tight economic times push service companies to cut overhead costs to maintain margins. Without the ability to add full salaries to tight budgets, service companies are left with short-staffed offices, overly taxed employees, and few permanent solutions.
In this complex and shifting economy, we recognize the struggles that service industry companies experience, including falling sales and margins, staffing, and new compliance requirements. This realization is what initiated the creation of Green Bird Consulting. With more than 40 years of leadership experience in various service industry sectors including HVAC, plumbing, non-profit, and restaurants, we want to help you find those solutions to those struggles while you focus on what is critical to your business.

We recognize that each company has its own unique “personality” made up of its culture, focus, processes, and goals. Because each company is so unique, we take a holistic approach to fully evaluate the company, looking at all the details of what gives each company its personality. We want to get to know you because we believe the better we know you, the better we can serve you. We want our clients to be like family.
From the evaluation, we will provide a full report on the findings. We will bring you the good, the bad, and the ugly! The good news is the bad and the ugly will come with recommendations for discussion and consideration. Identifying opportunities to ensure long-term sustainability and stability and developing plans for implementation are where we excel! We want to find solutions tailored specifically to your company. We will curate a proposed development plan to meet both your developmental and financial needs.

Meet The Team
Jeremy Anderson
Jeremy is a Founder at Green Bird Consulting. He brings to his clients the benefit of over 20 years of experience as a home services professional across multiple markets with a proven track record of developing and implementing outcome-oriented solutions in complex and dynamic environments.
Jeremy offers a unique perspective having worked in the nearly every facet of the home service space from customer service representative to in home sales (Jeremy sold his first million dollars of HVAC equipment by age 20) and even as chief operations officer of home service companies.
Immediately prior to starting Green Bird Consulting, he was Chief Operating Officer for Climate Control Experts, growing it by more than 30% annually and was instrumental to the company being purchased by an outside private equity firm.
Stacie Lang, MBA, B.A.
Stacie Lang loves helping people! With a master’s in Organizational Leadership and Development, a bachelors in Business Administration, Stacie understands the function, purpose and design of running a business in the real world and has had tremendous success identifying gaps and developing solutions.
Stacie spent nearly 10 years in the restaurant and food service industry. She understands and has firsthand experience managing and motivating people, running a business, making decisions based on financial performance, and navigating organizational change. After leaving the restaurant industry, Stacie spent the next 10 years in non-profit management, serving as a volunteer, an executive, and a board member for various organizations where she continued to develop her skills in strategic planning, program creation, and process design tailored to the needs of each organization.
Stacie has spent years helping companies identify opportunities and leveraging those opportunities for company growth. She is committed to working hard for each and every company she works with by delivering honest and genuine feedback by helping her clients achieve their goals and dreams.
